when making a website, its a good idea to also open it on your phone or something or use devtools -> responsive design mode so you can resize the viewport

it's much easier if you take care of the scaling stuff as you develop the website, rather than being done with it and only then trying to get it to work on other screen sizes

same thing with accessibility
it's a good idea to keep it in mind *as* you're working on the website and not finishing the website and going "ok now how do i make it accessible"

this was mostly the reason why the second version of my website works *much* better than the first version

every time i add/edit an element or two, i move the window size around and check if it works well, otherwise fix it and its a lot easier like that

scaling/responsiveness tip:
use `<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">`
but only if you know what it does and what you're doing (w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_view) because otherwise it can make it worse

accessibility tip:
look through this. its rlly good: github.com/UKHomeOffice/poster

there is less magic to making Good Websites than the techbros want you to think and you don't even need any fancy frameworks or whatever to make it good

webdev gamig tip

@AgathaSorceress but without those they wouldnt have a bunch of fancy terms to be elitist about!

webdev gamig tip

@AgathaSorceress Actually it often feels like the fancy frameworks make it worse
