Sweet Vicious is bumming me out. It's very good, but I was expecting some over the top, liberating violence and it's actually very well written, very dark and very triggering.
To all y'all out there, don't be fooled by the fact that it's categorized as a action/comedy/crime drama, it really has no comedy in it whatsoever.
I reckon the fact that it plays with stereotypical characters being vigilantes, and them being girls, completely changes the way critics see the show. Which I should have understood in the first place when @gingerforce1@twitter.com mentionned it at #stunfest 😥
@cassolotl yeah I think that's what we should take out from it. It's not ultra-violent as so people are saying, and it's certainly not misandrist, it's not even violent considering how violent tv shows can be, it's just watched and accepted differently.
