I think @libreoffice are very much within their rights to ask the Apache Software Foundation to update their website so that new users are aware that a mature (and frankly better) 10 year old downstream project exists.

@trechnex @libreoffice as an emeritus ASF member I fully support this and it should have been done years ago. LO is objectively better and there is no value in a split community of users.

@trechnex @libreoffice Why should Apache do that?I can fully understand that they want people who come to the website to use their own product and not the one of others.Don't get me wrong,it's totally bad how few upldates they release and LibreOffice is better in many ways but it's not Apaches job to advertise for LibreOffice.
